What is Zubeng Forge
Zubeng Forge knives are handmade by Master Rich Chen, who forges Tamahagane Steel using the traditional Japanese smelting method dates back some 1500 years. Each knife is handmade from the long process of smelting, folding, forging, heat treating, and hand-polishing.
The knife features the extremely sharp Tamahagane steel ground on both sides with a beautiful exotic wood handle with mosaic pins on the handle. What is TAMAHAGANE STEEL
Tamahagane is a high quality metal made in the Japanese tradition.  The word "tama" means "round and precious," like a gem or jewel. The word "hagane" means "steel. On the market, it costs about 50 times more than ordinary steel due to process difficulties. The process of making tamahagane contiuues for 36 to 72 hours depending on how much metal is to be created. The iron sand is added every 10 minutes and the mixture is frequently turned over. Tamahagane steel is used to make Japanese swords, knives and other kinds of tools. Good tamahagane contains around 1% of carbon and should not go over 1.5%.

Shipping
All orders will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Our daily USPS pick up is 12PM. Orders processed each day will be picked up the next day by 12PM. Order processed on Friday will be shipped on the same day.
All orders placed on weekend and/or national holidays will processed on the next available business day.
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Services.
Most International shipping is done via eBay International Shipping Center. Country restrictions based on eBay policies.
International Priority Mail Shipping are now available for select items not available through the eBay Program. Buyer pays international shipping charges.
International Buyer are responsible for receiving with local postal service once reached destination country, checking local laws, and regulations. Returns & Exchanges

We only ask you to pay for the return shipping, so we can continued to offer free shipping at the low cost we provide them. If the item arrived broken or damaged we will replace it for free. You may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus 15% restocking fee) of the purchase price. Shipping on large Item & on International Shipping will not be refunded. The item must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure refund.
