Safe use and maintenance:
1. The two electrodes and soldering pins should not be touched together to avoid short circuit;

Relationship between welding current and welding time
The welding current of JSD-II is set by the user, and the welding pulse is obtained by calculus from the program. The larger the welding current, the larger the welding pulse.
Specific steps
1. Check the electrode and soldering needle of the machine. Note that the two electrodes and the two solder pins do not touch together;
2, turn on the power (note that the power plug is inserted in a power supply socket such as a wall socket as much as possible), turn on the power switch, the power light is on, and the machine is turned on;
3. After entering the power-on state, adjust the “current” parameter according to the thickness of the weldment, and press “+” or “-”.
Key to set the required value, the program automatically saves the set value after shutdown;
Reference parameters:
0.1mm nickel-plated steel sheet: current around 20 starts to increase test
0.12mm nickel-plated steel sheet: current increases around 30
0.15mm nickel-plated steel sheet: current around 40 starts to increase test
