Q: How fast you can deliver the item?
A: For Retail package we will send on next day, buyer should receive it within 2-5 days depends on buyer's location.
Q: Why Medialess Delivery is cheaper? Any difference compare to Retail Package?
A: Physical Package always cost more than Digital product. Only difference is the Retail Package will come with COA, but Medialess Delivery does not. Both products bind with Microsoft Account which mean a permanent activation as long as you keep your MS account secure.
Q: My internet is slow, I am not able to complete installation online, please help~!
A: No worries, we will send you a backup DVD by request. The backup DVD will contain full version of office. However you still need product key for activation purpose.
Q: Windows 10 only?
A: Yes, according to Microsoft, this product only compatible with Windows 10 32bits or 64bits. If you run any Windows OS other than Windows 10, please upgrade your windows to Windows 10
Q: Return Policy?
A: You can not return the item if you activate the product for obvious reason. We have special software that can check if you have used the key or not. We do not accept the return if you have activate the product. We video recorded every step of shipping handing, also fully tested and video the product code authenticity. If you have used the product code to activate the software then return the item for refund, we will send our video record and proof of usage of the product code to ebay anti scam department. Once they have confirmed you have used the product code and return the item for refund, they will ban you indefinitely.
