    Description

    Back in the 1980's Robert Parrish made some Extremely well made Hollow handled Survival knives which earned him an excellent reputation as a Knifemaker!  As a result he also made some Superb full tang construction Survival/Hunting knives as this example shows. Made in August 1988. It has a 6 inch blade of 1/4 inch thick 440C stainless steel with Robert Parrish's "RP" stamp.. The handle is made of black linen micarta with a hole for a thong. Custom made heavy duty leather sheath.  On the guard is stamped the serial number of 888026 and " RP Knives Hendersonville, NC U.S.A. ". Mr. Parrish no longer makes knives so if you've always wanted a Robert Parrish knife but was priced out because of collectors, here your chance to buy a Great using knife as I believe it was only used very slightly if at all, and Robert Parrish knives very rarely come up for sale!
