RARE Ty classic Scooter Brown Puppy Dog floppy Plush Vintage 1999 stuffed animal. Condition is "Used" but looks to be in excellent condition for it's age
Has a brown collar with blue rhinestones on it, don't know if owner bought it like this or added it after purchase but looks great and fits perfectly
Hang tag is in a hard plastic protective covering thus keeping the tag in excellent condition
