Here are couple model 12 Randall Bowies that you have to look long and hard to find. The first pictures are of a 12-8 Bear Bowie KIT Randall. How many of these have you seen?
The second set of pictures are of a 12-13 Raymond Thorp KIT Randall, might be even harder to come by.
Randall Kit knives were made in the mid 1960's to the mid 1980's. This set was made approximately around the early 1970's. Randall made the blades and the guards so perspective customers could put their own handles on them, and stamped them with KIT in front of the Randall made stamp.
Unfortunately most individuals that put handles on the KIT knives weren't craftsman.
