Used. This Spot Welder and Timer are in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from normal use and comes in non-original packaging.  The cord bib is a bit frayed, but the cord is not damaged (see photos).
Notes:
We powered up this spot welder, set the timer, actuated the trigger, and observed a spark between the electrodes and the timer arm actuate.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
