This is a one-off custom CroMo fork made by Independent Fabrication made for a 26” wheel.
If you know Independent Fabrication (IF Bikes) then you know this is a super high quality fork.
Legs are tapered for a better ride
Powder Coated: Black
As you can see from fork condition in the pictures the fork was rarely used and in great shape.
It is a suspension corrected fork. Meaning: it keeps your bike’s geometry the same when using it in place of a suspension fork.
It has mounts for:
1) Fenders
2) Usual Racks
3) Low Rider Rack
4) Mounting Holes on either side of the crown
A couple of years ago I sent it back to have an extension put on the steerer tube due to an injury as I could not bend over as I used to do. The steerer can be cut shorter. Depending on how short, it might mean a smaller star nut.
The Chris King headset race is not included in the sale.
