1) If goods are found to be faulty, defective or damaged on receipt, please email us the issue and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Refund
We will refund your money back immediately on receiving the item back in Original Condition. Deliberate tampering with the product or misuse/abuse of the product will void the warranty and return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All our knives are warrantied for life time against any defect in craftmanship or material.
What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear that includes rust, blemish, scratches, tarnish, blade chip, broken knife tip, blade edge dings, dents are not covered. Impact Knives are not intended to be used as hammer, chisel, pry bars or screwdrivers. Out of warranty damages including accidental damage can also be repaired for a reasonable fees.
Knife Care
Knife should be cleaned and thoroughly dried after every use and keep this waxed or oil to protect from rust. Please don't store the knife inside the leather sheath for long. We strongly suggest that if you’ll use your knife for a specific heavy-duty purpose, let us know when you order so we can shape the blade and bevel accordingly. Knives in the auction are not subject to any alterations, this can be suggested for knives listed on fixed price
