M6 Mantra Skis with Bindings
The Volkl M6 Mantra skis with bindings are an amazing choice for expert level skiers who are looking for that one setup for true high-performance all-mountain skiing. We could, and do, use a lot of superlatives and descriptive words when dealing with the Mantra skis, and the M6 is a nice improvement over the previous M5 version. There are three main changes, and they all combine to make the ski more approachable without losing the high-end feel of the Mantra name. For more than a decade, the Mantra moniker has been synonymous with versatile all-mountain performance, and the M6 takes it to a new level. When we add our bindings to the mix, we're seeing a whole new value added to these amazing skis. The 3D Radius sidecut is one of the changes, and this allows the skier to make any shape of turn at any time, allowing for a more customized feel to the ski, as you can really change up the arc depending on conditions or terrain. The titanal frame has been tailored in the M6 to accommodate different lengths, again finding that balance between having too much metal or not enough. The M6 makes it just right, and makes the skis feel like they're custom-built for you and your size. Same can be said for the tailored carbon tips, making the initiation phase to the turn quicker and more precise than ever before. Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
