The Armada ARW 84 R is a great choice for young-up-and-comers who want to take their skills to new heights. Light, snappy, and easily maneuverable, the ARW 84 R provides a perfect blend of performance characteristics to handle a wide array of different terrain types as younger skiers start to venture off of the groomed terrain or into the terrain park. Its poplar wood core along with its cap construction allow for a lightweight profile, durability and snappiness, all of which are beneficial for a younger, lighter weight skier. It's cool to see Armada using a wood core in their junior ski as a lot of other skis in this category use a composite core. This is a legit ski that boasts a lot of similar properties of their larger adult skis, just in a smaller profile. Parents can tip their hats to Armada for including their 2.4 impact edge for some added durability for those aspiring freestylers starting to test their abilities on rails, boxes, jumps and other jibs in the terrain park. It's no secret that tweeners and younger skiers are a bit harder on their gear than most people, so Kudos to Armada for developing such an enjoyable and durable ski to keep parents at ease and to keep the kids having fun.

*Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted.
Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
