Every card is sequentially numbered in the lower bottom right alongside the cards given rarity. I would be comfortable stating all of these cards fall into the Excellent-Near Mint grading category

All were stored in a temperature controlled, pet free, and smoke free environment. I've noted some highlights below:
The Energy Cards included in this set are all 1st Edition.
The Pikachu included in this set is the more sought after Red Cheeks.
Magmar, Wartortle, Pokemon Trader, and Double Colorless Energy are from the Unlimited Set (these are the only shadowless ones not included)
